How it works

16 modules x 6s86p 18650 cells (96s86p), each module with BMB board; two shorter, thinner cooling loops per module. Pack BMS, contactors and pyro fuse ('DISCONNECT,PYROTECHNIC,HYBRID,100kWh') inside.

Notes

wk057 teardown of P100D (VIN 159k): 'They're 18650s... 12 more per group... Still six cell groups (no voltage change)... 516 cells per module. That's 8,256 cells per pack'; 'BMS reports usable capacity at... 98.4 kWh... 4 kWh unusable... 102.4 kWh total'. Max discharge 1,760 A (P100D). Module ~6.4 kWh per EVShop. Weight and dimensions not found from a reliable source. Nominal ~400 V is a seller (Voltreuse) figure; same 6s module series count as 85 kWh pack per wk057.

Red flag

Pack ID/firmware config tied to vehicle; pyro fuse labelled 100 kWh-specific. No 100 kWh-specific recall found in searches run. Tesla rescue sheet: re-ignition risk, never open HV battery.
