96s LG pouch cells inside an aluminum tray with bottom liquid cooling. Mercedes BMS communicates over 500 kbps CAN.
Manufactured by Mercedes-Benz subsidiary Deutsche ACCUmotive using LG Chem NMC pouch cells in 96s (3 modules of 32 cells). Operating voltage range 260.0–400.0 V*. Very compact and light (160 kg), making it a prime candidate for residential domestic installs.
Internal contactors require simulated wake CAN messages; liquid cooling circuit should be looped with glycol coolant.
